Even after fulfilling a request for deletion, we are required to maintain records for statutory compliance. As part of the verification process, we work with OneTrust. Depending on the type of request submitted, OneTrust may request information from the Consumer, such as an email address, phone number, or government issued identification card. If a Consumer has asked an agent to exercise rights on the Consumer’s behalf, the agent’s identity will need to be verified by providing a writing from the Consumer designating the agent in addition to any information requested through OneTrust.
